1. Equipment

The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter the following equipment: BILT HARD Plate Compactor (the “Equipment”).

2. Rental Term

The rental term is for one (1) day, beginning at 8:00 AM and ending at 6:30 PM on the Rental Date. Late returns may be subject to an additional full-day charge.

3. Rental Fee

The daily rental fee is $50 dollars, due in full prior to release of the Equipment.

A refundable security deposit of $300 dollars is required and will be returned upon timely return and inspection of the Equipment, less any damages or unpaid charges.

4. Use of Equipment

The Renter agrees to:

• Use the Equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Operate the Equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Not sublease, lend, or transfer the Equipment to any other person.

5. Condition and Responsibility

The Equipment is provided in good working condition. By signing, the Renter acknowledges receipt of the Equipment in acceptable condition.

The Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the rental period, including costs of repair or replacement if the Equipment is damaged or not returned.

6. Fuel and Cleaning

The Equipment must be returned with the same fuel level and in reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning or refueling fees may apply if not returned in such condition.

7. Liability

The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from its use.

8. Return of Equipment

The Equipment must be returned by 6:30 PM on the Rental Date to the following location:

Failure to return on time may result in additional daily rental charges.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
